Where someone who owes you money has been declared bankrupt, we can liaise with the Trustee in Bankruptcy or Insolvency practitioner on your behalf, to ensure your claim is dealt with appropriately.
We act for those bringing or defending claims but are unable to offer any form of Legal Aid or conditional fees. In most circumstances, we offer a no-obligation fixed fee initial consultation at a cost of £250 plus VAT.
