Samantha joined the firm in September 2005. Sam, who is a solicitor and partner within the firm, deals with all aspects of Family Law, Contentious Probate and Landlord and Tenant matters as well as some general and property litigation.

Sam is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). Sam adopts the principles of Resolution when dealing with Family Law matters as Sam is not an unnecessarily litigious lawyer and will always work to negotiate the most appropriate settlement in any particular situation, avoiding the costs and stress of court proceedings for a client where possible.

Sam’s hobbies include baking cakes, including birthday and wedding cakes. She is also involved with her local church and enjoys as much family time with her husband and daughter as possible.
