Sian joined us as a Solicitor in the Litigation Department in January 2022. Sian’s main area of practice is property litigation, with a particular specialisation in landlord and tenant disputes. She has previously acted for both individuals and businesses resolving an array of residential and commercial matters. She is also experienced in general civil litigation, including contract disputes, as well as recovery of debt. Sian prides herself on her pragmatic approach and believes that hastily issuing proceedings is not always the best way to tackle a litigious matter.

In her spare time, Sian enjoys badminton, playing the violin and quizzing with her friends.
